- *Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive and family-centered care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavioral health planning for patients
- Perform managerial duties, including but not limited to opening and closing the facility, stocking, patient flow, checking insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment
- Be responsible for managing patient appointments and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes
- Perform tasks including discussing healthy lifestyle choices with patients, conducting diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health management for ongoing conditions
- *Required Capabilities:**
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and behavioral health planning for patients
- Request and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education
- At least two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent
- Complete the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment
- Depending on the market, the ability to speak and write in additional languages, including but not limited to Spanish
- Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED)
- Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required
- *Preferred Capabilities:**
- If under one year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred but not required
- Training: + Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role+ Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with a Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job
