As an Operations Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and directing global frameworks, processes, and quality management initiatives to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned, and that business continuity plans are established and effective.
  • Ensure that customer responsibilities are quantifiably measured and reported; and, that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where customer retention is at risk.
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-functional advancing and process normalization.
  • Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all other responsibilities and drives as allocated.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention within the market.
  • Increase overall knowledge, support of the Quality Driven Management (QDM) approach, expertise, and certification, and usage of QDM processes that result in business improvement.

  • Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications, such as FedEx QDM Master, highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping frameworks scene and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required.
  • Agile, PMP, or similar accreditation highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement drives for cross-functional tasks.
  • Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities.
  • Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required.
