Within the US Customer Marketing Group, the Advanced and Direct Customer Development Group is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels to increase engagement and make Amex essential for our Card Members.
- *Senior Analyst for Customer Site: Where Results Meet Innovation**
As a Senior Analyst for Customer Site, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic pitches, updates, and independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking products across a range of products. You'll be responsible for managing innovative and copy-bearing, offer execution, site customer experience, and test and learn exercises while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel. This role requires both creative and analytical skills, as well as strong relationship management abilities and an outcome-driven mindset.
- *What You'll Achieve in This Role**
- Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking products across Customer Site in collaboration with leaders and colleagues.
- Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to focus on and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly.
- Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process.
