In this full-time or part-time remote position, you will work closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Developing and maintaining a strong data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy
• Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
• Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with other teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience

• *Requirements:**

• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
