Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll play a critical role in providing quantitative analysis and business insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. With a strong background in statistics, data science, and business acumen, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, develop and automate reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting statistical analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and impact assessment.


• Developing and delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate complex insights.


• Designing and automating reports, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, and solving for analytical needs.


• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, formulate and execute assessments that include data gathering, analysis, and ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.


• Helping arenaflex focus on key priorities to drive product and service innovation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience working with statistical packages, such as R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, or other relevant tools.
• Ability to articulate complex product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently attending a degree-granting institution within the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time.
• In your penultimate academic year or returning to a degree-granting institution after completing an internship.
• Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business recommendations.
• Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment.
• Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with strong business acumen.
