  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and deploying complex machine learning models using technical expertise in device learning, statistical modeling, probability and decision theory, and other quantitative methods.
  • Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers.
  • Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business initiatives and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proven experience working with large-scale datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience working with data science libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Experience working with IoT, edge AI, or reinforcement learning.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare data and analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
