• Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
• Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business analysis, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
