*Job Description**

As a Senior Analyst, Informatics, you'll be responsible for designing and developing complex data entry solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. Your primary objectives will include:

Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating sophisticated reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.

*Required Qualifications**

2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:

*Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
Crystal Reporting experience preferred

*Required Education**

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
