  • *Job Responsibilities:**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance and advice to senior leaders and executives on complex and nuanced issues that impact business operations and activities.
  • Demonstrating mastery in technology transactions, product guidance, intellectual property, marketing, security, and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to be a generalist and learn new areas of regulation and legal skills rapidly.
  • Developing and implementing multiple business strategies on behalf of arenaflex's Digital and Information Analysis/Experiences Organizations, including expert services agreements, vendor agreements, data licensing/integration, and supply plans.
  • Collaborating with teams across arenaflex's Advanced Products and Information Analysis groups and close external partners building, delivering, and operating technology for use by customers and patients.
  • Working cross-functionally with the business, product, marketing, protection, security, and technology teams to develop and launch our digital product and service offerings to the public.
  • Understanding arenaflex's digital product and service offerings, technology, security/information assurance frameworks, and strategies, and providing a foundation for offering legal support throughout arenaflex's Digital teams.
  • Maintaining an understanding of arenaflex's organizations, technology, and product objectives, and challenges to establish and implement intellectual property portfolio systems that align with those objectives, capture interests in innovation, and limit legal risk, working closely with external counsel.
  • *Work Liabilities:**
  • Primarily using knowledge of legal specialty in providing advice as it builds its expertise in the business setting in which it works.
  • Reviewing and preparing official records before presentation to the board for execution to ensure accurate expression of the legal content.
  • May receive specific direction from management or more senior legal experts regarding the outcomes, process, and timelines anticipated.
  • Collaborating with the specialty units it serves to achieve corporate goals and reduce unnecessary business risk.
  • Researching legal standards and precedents, engaging and managing external counsel, drafting official records, assembling relevant case-related data using multiple sources and methods, providing work direction to other professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff in developing solutions to issues presented.
  • Maintaining awareness of the legal and business trends that could impact the specialty units within arenaflex that it serves.
  • *Essential Capabilities:**
  • Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer legal work experience in a mix of law firm and corporate settings.
  • Required licensure to provide legal counsel in at least one state.
  • Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation on favorable terms in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various projects with differing completion dates.
  • At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
  • At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership.
