We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of data entry related to applications within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining effective data entry strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the organization's applications against data entry errors and inaccuracies. The Full Stack Data Entry Specialist works closely with other departments within arenaflex to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, mitigate data entry risks, and enhance verification and automation processes.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Team Leadership:
  • + Build and lead a team of data entry professionals responsible for application data entry, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Strategy Development:
  • + Develop and implement a comprehensive data entry strategy specifically tailored to protect the organization's applications, integrating verification and automation principles
  • Policy and Procedure Development:
  • + Establish and enforce data entry policies and procedures related to application data entry, including secure data entry practices, verification & automation, data quality management, and incident response
  • Data Entry Assessment:
  • + Conduct regular assessments and audits of data entry processes to identify and address data entry errors and inaccuracies and ensure compliance with data entry standards
  • Data Quality Review:
  • + Collaborate with the IT quality assurance team to review and enhance the data quality of applications, including recommending data quality controls and technologies
  • Training and Development:
  • + Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about data entry standard processes and raise awareness about potential data entry errors and inaccuracies
  • Incident Response Management:
  • + Support incident response team in investigating and responding to data entry incidents related to applications, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

  • 12+ years of experience working in data entry-focused roles

  • Strong understanding of data quality concepts, including data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Extensive experience in data entry roles, with a focus on application data entry and data quality management
  • Experience in developing and implementing data entry policies, procedures, and standards, with a focus on integrating verification and automation principles
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to data entry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous learning mentality to keep up with evolving data entry threats, technologies, and advancements in verification and automation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Certified Data Entry Systems Professional (CDESP)
  • Knowledge of data entry aspects of industrial control networks is a plus
  • Strong experience and in-depth knowledge of data entry standards and implementation

  • The salary for this position is $157,725 to $231,330, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
