As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our catering operations and logistics team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide oversight and guidance to our catering partners to ensure a safe and efficient operation
  • Analyze working performance and customer satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address functional risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide support for investigations and corrective actions related to health and safety incidents
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of catering partner stock management and reporting
  • Provide oversight of key expense drivers and identify areas for cost reduction
  • Coordinate the implementation of new menu ideas and service enhancements
  • Collaborate with CSC and leadership teams to develop and communicate change management plans
  • Ensure strong communication and proactive engagement with airport partners, including Inflight, SOC, Customer Support, and the Business Office
  • *Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Design, Business, or related field) or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, operations, or logistics role
  • Project management experience and a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and team members from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Excellent business writing and speaking skills, with confidence in communicating with all levels of management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work non-standard hours and peak periods as required to support a global 24/7/365 operation
  • Willingness to work in controlled and uncontrolled operational conditions
  • Ability to travel to airport-based locations as required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a salaried (non-hourly) Investigator, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role
  • 2+ years of experience in a carrier catering, airport operations, manufacturing, or other related activities salaried (non-hourly) experience
  • HACCP, PCQI, or similar food handling certifications
  • Fluency in more than one language
