We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Corporate Extortion Prevention team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for investigating and preventing fraudulent activities worldwide, working closely with our global partners and stakeholders. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your passion for data-driven decision-making, will enable you to drive efficiencies and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of complex data sets to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities
  • Collaborate with our global teams to develop and implement effective strategies for preventing and detecting fraud
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including but not limited to, payment systems, customer interactions, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain complex case outlines, including clear recommendations for legal, management, or law enforcement action
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders through regular updates and reports
  • Work closely with our data science and analytics teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions for fraud prevention and detection
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of fraud prevention and detection
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Criminology, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Law
  • 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading start-to-finish investigations
  • Strong coding skills in SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Professional certification (CPA, CIA, PMP, CFE)
  • Experience with criminological data analysis, data visualization, or data mining techniques
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with a high level of uncertainty
  • Direct management experience of remote or globally dispersed teams
  • Experience working in public accounting, internal audit, or external audit, with a focus on SOX compliance
  • Strong leadership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
