As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for identifying and collecting information from various data systems, designing dashboards to help stakeholders assess risk and compliance, and providing insights and recommendations to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and collect information from various data systems to support ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation-specific areas.
• Design and develop dashboards to help stakeholders assess risk and compliance, and provide insights and recommendations to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
• Apply analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk, and draw insights and correlations from data to inform business decisions.
• Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, and solicit feedback and contribute to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• *What You'll Bring**

• Deep SQL knowledge and experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
• Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate impactful visualizations and tell a story with data.
• Proficiency in coding languages like R or Python, with experience working with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
