We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Rhode Island. As a key member of our customer service and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, stock rotation, and record-keeping
  • Execute organization resource assurance techniques to identify and minimize benefit loss
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding managed items, such as tobacco and liquor products
  • Build and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
  • Assist with food item division and product placement according to policies and procedures
  • Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner printing, and sales of special photo products
  • Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, handling requests, and delivering orders to customers
  • Assist with external and internal support by maintaining a clean, efficient, and visually appealing store environment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with colleagues
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with arenaflex
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
