- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. This is a part-time role, working 8 hours a week, with a competitive salary of $26/hour.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, including but not limited to, customer programs, business plans, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns.
- Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
- Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
- Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
- Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued improvement of value chain capabilities.
- Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations.
- Perform other related and assigned duties.
- *Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation.
- Management Consulting or Design experience highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills - formulas, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
- Strong data interpretation skills.
- Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
- Measurable analysis using R or similar tool.
- Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tool.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
- Project management or support experience.
