  • *Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. This is a part-time role, working 8 hours a week, with a competitive salary of $26/hour.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, including but not limited to, customer programs, business plans, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns.
  • Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
  • Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
  • Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
  • Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
  • Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued improvement of value chain capabilities.
  • Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations.
  • Perform other related and assigned duties.
  • *Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation.
  • Management Consulting or Design experience highly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills - formulas, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
  • Strong data interpretation skills.
  • Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
  • Measurable analysis using R or similar tool.
  • Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tool.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
  • Project management or support experience.
