As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (Machine Learning) model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across Disney Encounters (DX). - *About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business challenges can be addressed creatively by applying ML.
- Lead and work with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to develop and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
- Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer engagement that leads to the growth of top-tier AI platforms.
- Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
- Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
- Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
- *Required Capabilities and Abilities**
- 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies.
- Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
- 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
- Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions to complete tasks.
- Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions.
- *Preferred Capabilities**
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with control frameworks.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
- Experience with audio analysis.
- Experience with text analysis.
- *Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
