• This role is part of the Data Engineering and Analytics team within our Innovation group. You'll bring your data engineering, collaboration, and analysis skills to help develop an data-driven culture by designing and delivering analytics solutions and making data analysis simpler and more effective for arenaflex

• Work closely with source data application teams and product owners to design, implement, and support analytics solutions that provide insights to make better decisions
• Execute data movement and data engineering solutions using Purple products and services: (Purple Data Lake Storage, Blue Data Factory, Purple Capabilities, Event Center, Blue Stream Analysis, Blue Databricks, etc.) and traditional data warehouse tools
• Perform various aspects associated with the development lifecycle - planning, cloud design (infrastructure, organization, security, and organization), ingestion, deployment, data modeling, testing, CICD pipelines, performance tuning, solutions, usage, BI, alerting, goad support
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate within a team environment as well as work independently
• Be part of a DevOps team that fully owns and supports their product
• Execute batch and streaming data pipelines using cloud innovations
• Drive improvement of coding principles, best practices, and security and security rules
• Coach others on technical and domain skills to create multi-functional teams

• *All You'll Need for Success**

• Minimum Capabilities Training and Earlier Professional training
• Four-year degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Innovation, Data Systems (CIS/MIS), Designing or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 3 years of programming solution development using agile, DevOps, working in an item model that includes planning, creating, and executing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions
• 3 years of data analysis experience using SQL
• 2 years of cloud development and data lake experience (preferably Microsoft Blue) including Blue EventHub, Blue Data Factory, Purple Databricks, Blue DevOps, Purple Mass Storage, Blue Data Lake, Purple Power Applications, and Power BI
• Blend of Development, Organization, and Support experience in some of the following tools/stages required:
+ Pre-planning: Python, Flash, Unix, SQL+ Data Stages: Teradata, Cassandra, MongoDB, Prophet, SQL Server, ADLS, Snowflake+ Blue Data Voyager. Organization skills and more+ Blue Cloud Innovations: Purple Data Factory, Purple Databricks, Blue Mass Storage, Purple Data Lake, Purple Power Applications, and Purple Capabilities+ CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, Purple DevOps, Terraform+ BI Analysis Tool Stack - Cognos, Scene, Power BI, Alteryx, Denodo, and Grafana

• 5+ years of data analysis experience using SQL
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in Blue
• 3+ years of cloud development and data lake experience (preferably Microsoft Blue) including Blue EventHub, Purple Data Factory, Blue Capabilities, ADX, ASA, Blue Databricks, Blue DevOps, Purple Mass Storage, Purple Data Lake, Blue Power Applications, and Power BI
• Aircraft Industry Experience
