As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines, architectures, and systems. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support in hazard and risk management.
- Develop and maintain modern software practices through code reviews and design sessions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data architectures, data pipelines, and systems.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, modular, and reusable code.
- Ensure testability, compactness, and reliability of code.
- Drive business needs through a data-driven approach.
- Investigate and improve automation, reliability, and monitoring for deployed items.
- Set the vision for data analysis and reporting, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Plan, develop, and streamline complex data models and reporting structures.
- Drive the design and execution of adaptable and effective data analysis and reporting structures.

- Utilize arenaflex services, such as Azure SQL DW (Neurotransmitter), ADLS, arenaflex Event Hub, Universe, Databricks, Delta-Lake, to improve and accelerate the delivery of data items and services.
- Develop large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization.
- *Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience with at least 15+ years of active involvement in data analysis and reporting roles.
- 5+ years' experience in leadership or senior roles, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and lead a team.
- 5+ years' experience working with cloud technologies, such as ADLS, arenaflex Databricks, Azure, arenaflex Neural Network, Universe DB, DBT, and other big data innovations.
- Proven expertise in data analysis tools, languages, ML, and systems (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R).
- Capability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, to effectively communicate insights.
- Demonstrated ability in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, arenaflex, or Google Cloud, to design and execute adaptable and efficient data analysis solutions.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of Lakehouse design standards, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for powerful and adaptable data management.
- High-level SQL skills. Strong understanding of social databases and business data capacity to write complex SQL queries against various data sources.
- Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and designing systems that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time analysis.
- Experience in shaping the essential vision for data analysis and reporting drives within an organization.
- Effective management of data analysis projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to assume ownership and responsibility of critical issues and close them to resolution.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain.
- *Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000
