  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team at arenaflex, where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines, data set mapping/tables/perspectives, and batch processes using Apache Wind current for various projects. As a Senior Information Architect, you'll work closely with our Studios or Project Innovation colleagues to gather data requirements, design, and implement data pipelines, and ensure seamless data integration across multiple environments, including DEV, QA/UAT, and Production.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Apache Wind current, Snowflake, and other cloud-based technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design, and implement data pipelines, and ensure seamless data integration across multiple environments
  • Develop and maintain data set mapping/tables/perspectives, and batch processes using Apache Wind current
  • Work closely with our Studios or Project Innovation colleagues to gather data requirements, design, and implement data pipelines, and ensure seamless data integration across multiple environments
  • Participate in driving best practices around data engineering software development processes
  • Utilize a wide range of technologies, including SQL, Python, Docker, Gitlab, Wind current, Snowflake, Looker, and PostgreSQL
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain data quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, ETL/ELT data pipelines, and cloud-based technologies, ideally AWS and S3
  • 3+ years of experience in a data engineering role, with a strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data integration
  • Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS S3
  • Experience with Apache Wind current, Gitlab, and Docker
  • Strong understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and application data sets
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the streaming, media, or digital marketing industry
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker and Tableau
  • Experience with data governance and data quality processes
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data architecture, data modeling, and data integration
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS S3
