  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Data Specialist - Information Analytics at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and operationalizing data pipelines to make data accessible for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and services
  • Working with data modelers and data/BI architects to design data pipelines and suggest continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing
  • Planning, creating, and carrying out ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS)
  • Utilizing Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Neural connection), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services
  • Carrying out large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization
  • Identifying, planning, and carrying out internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery
  • Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of the data management
  • Conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbal
  • Performing peer reviews for other data architect's work
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
  • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure, Azure Neurotransmitter, Universe DB, and other big data technologies
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience carrying out data integration procedures like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL
  • Strong understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Databases, NoSQL, Schema, Data Warehousing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Azure/ similar certifications
  • Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches
  • Familiarity with the retail industry
  • Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies
  • Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
