• Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology

• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide impromptu analytical support to partners to drive business forward
• Successfully communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R as well as Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Exceptional data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication
