**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Development and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients annually across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer delight surveys, comprising 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Deliver high-quality and accurate insights through intensive testing at various use case levels, utilizing transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, software program design, and automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data ecosystems
- Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field
