• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and transformation within our Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing expert guidance on leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Collaborating with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

• *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
