- *The Role**
As a Senior Data Analyst on our Voice of the Customer (VOC) team, you'll be responsible for driving the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, process owners, and Agile teams in technology, to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive customer satisfaction.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and visualization to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VOC methods and leverage this knowledge to design and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performing statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
- Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
- Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
