• *Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Applying a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
• Designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
• Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from our gadget, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
• Effectively communicating data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
• Recognizing patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking gadget and strain extrude at a gadget level with responsible parties (end-users, gadget admins, etc.)
• Ensuring a seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders

• *What You'll Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of whole cycle recruiting
• Prior relational database experience
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more query languages
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to tackling complex challenges
