As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Quality Control Standards and Guidelines team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing data to create, present, and make suggestions for innovative ideas and projects, as well as performing basic analysis to alleviate the risk of resistance through process improvements
  • Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components
  • Helping to make and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
  • Exploring impromptu asks arising from maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
  • Presenting findings, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
  • Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
  • Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team
  • Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Guaranteeing that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • Performing other work responsibilities as directed by the Group Leader
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, business administration, computer science)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with data representation devices and capacities, such as Scene, Alteryx, and QuickBase
  • Past temporary job, capstone projects, or examination coursework in a related field

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to plan and support large business initiatives
