• *About the Role**

As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams. You will work closely with our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

### Key Responsibilities

• **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish.
• **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results.
• **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners.
• **Process Execution**: Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality.

### Essential Qualifications

• **Bachelor's degree** and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• **Familiarity with forecasting**, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• **Proactive interest** in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• **Effective communication skills** (verbal, written, and visual)
• **Desire to excel** in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• **Experience with SQL** and R or Python

### Nice-to-Haves

• **Solid knowledge** of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
• **Knowledge of data visualization best practices** and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• **Excellent SQL skills** and fluency in R or Python
• **Ability to quickly adapt** and learn new tools and skills
• **Ability to maintain and develop relationships** with partners/clients/team members
• **Graduate degree** and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
