• Apply refined analysis techniques (data mining, statistical analysis, AI) to identify patterns and reveal opportunities in social data.
• Lead campaign, product, customer, and audience analysis for business needs. Create and track key metrics to measure success.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams to complete data projects, contributing to product discovery, design, build, and QA.

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• 2+ years of analytical experience or equivalent blend of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields.
• Familiarity with directed and self-directed learning methods
• Proficient in using pre-processing tools like PySpark/Python/R and SQL.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities.

• Experience in applying supervised and unsupervised learning methods, such as direct and indirect regression, decision trees, or k-means clustering to determine, validate, and measure outcomes from the data.
• Experience reporting data requirements, rules, and assumptions

• Experience managing large, enterprise-level datasets and deciphering data patterns from different dissimilar data sources
