*Job Description:**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.

*Responsibilities:**

Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources to enable informed business decisions
Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
Present to the management team and other stakeholders

*Essential Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
Proficient in analysis software and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

*Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
Microsoft Power BI
Microsoft Power Apps
Alteryx
Python/R
Automation
Financial Information
Basic Accounting Information
Proficient in analysis software and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
