We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Customer Service team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll work closely with our Data Insights team to migrate scheduled Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate scheduled Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data
  • Provide level one support to external partners and internal stakeholders on data-related queries
  • Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure the timely resolution of data integrity issues
  • Teach and train clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive business decisions
  • Design and implement comprehensive and predictable methodologies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Proven expertise in creating complex reports, dashboards, and insights that provide actionable recommendations for business improvements
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
  • Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field
