- *Job Summary**
As a Senior Principal Customer Success Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding arenaflex's footprint in the market. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Support, Product Development, and Partners, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a total book of business of around $10 Million ARR or more, driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, providing strategic guidance and support
- Effectively manage customer escalations and satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Drive customer advocacy by building strong relationships and creating mutual value for customers and arenaflex
- Influence long-term value by driving customer product adoption, consumption, upsell, and renewal
- Align with arenaflex's business rhythms, including Sales, Product Development, Support, Cloud Operations, and Infor Managed Services (IMS)
- Align with customers' strategic vision, buying decision, and value creation expectation, ensuring seamless integration across all arenaflex pillars
- Ensure customers derive maximum value and achieve desired business outcomes with their investments
- Own and execute the account strategy, accountable for customer success
- Work closely with customer and internal stakeholders to determine governance models
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in discrete manufacturing (Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, High-Tech/Electronics)
- Proven consultative account management mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Client-focused experience managing multi-faceted problems and situations across several functions
- Experience building relationships and gaining credibility with external customers and internal C-Suite Executives
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams (i.e., Sales, Consulting Services/Partners, and Support)
- Experience working with global SaaS and Professional Services engagements, particularly with multi-product/multi-site ERP deployments
- Escalation and change management experience
- Strategic account planning and oversight of activities to increase customer footprint

- Previous leadership roles are advantageous
