  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions (50-60 calls per shift) in a quick-paced, highly organized environment
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Expertly connect with customers, listening actively and empathetically to understand their concerns and needs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, often in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
