- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, often in a first-contact resolution approach

- *Essential Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent
