  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • 1 year of Call Center experience required
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred

  • Internet savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
