As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in high-pressure situations
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, to help us continuously improve
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • Comfort and confidence using computers, including our CRM system and other software applications
  • Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or WFH environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
