- *Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying business and technical requirements, leading full technical discovery, and designing client solutions to meet assembled needs
- Leading technical projects, technology support, and bid responses, as well as providing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordinating supporting technical assets
- Delivering product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Driving recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness
- Attending client sites, meetings, and other events as required
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
- Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT innovation space

- Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and application development
