As an Overnight Loan Approvals and Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing loan approvals, making payment arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. - *Key Responsibilities and Duties**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers and potential clients
- Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications and customer interactions
- Using basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Speaking clearly, concisely, and effectively to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, even in tense situations
- Following written and/or verbal instructions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Processing card payments accurately and efficiently
- Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
- Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan and making recommendations for approval or denial
- Following up with customers to clarify important points and ensure understanding of loan terms and obligations
- Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed of rules and obligations
- Staying up-to-date on lending and other financial services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Creating and renewing records to ensure accurate and efficient customer data management
- Identifying customer needs and exploring all options available to customers to provide personalized solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing company needs
- Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
- *Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
- Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations
- Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
- Preferred education and/or experience in a related field, such as finance, customer service, or sales

- Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other financial industry tools

- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote work after initial 1-week training period)
