As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, social media platforms, or live chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Processing customer service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
  • Completing outreach efforts to customer prospects, promoting new pool/location openings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Participating in ongoing training, role-playing, and coaching to optimize customer retention opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately entering, maintaining, and updating customer information into our client software.
  • Processing payments, billing adjustments, account updates, changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applications.
  • Managing and diffusing tense situations, escalating to managers if required.
  • Posting accurate notes on all conversations with customers into family accounts.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of POS and scheduled training (JackRabbit).
  • Customer service experience with high-volume call center experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to a schedule and following policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in phone systems, computer programs, and online platforms (Xcel, Google Suite, Google Drive, email platforms).
  • Ability to multitask, work weekdays and weekends shifts, and maintain a high level of productivity.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticket management tools.
