As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
