As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.   • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment
