- *Essential Qualifications**
- 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar high-performing functional group
- 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee growth plans
- Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes and customer experiences
- Strong relational, verbal (talking, listening, translation), and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as software engineering, science, or business
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including AWS
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting
