- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. You will be responsible for listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences.
- *Key Responsibilities**

- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including but not limited to: + Managing customer accounts and profiles+ Processing customer transactions and orders+ Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
- Explain and position products and processes with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
