  • *Job Summary:**

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Supervisor to join our Latham CS Mastering & Improvement (L&D) team in Alphaville. This role will work closely with the outsourced call centers that make up our CS Operations Latham and be a strong partner to both our Latham team and global CS learning and development team. As an Application Supervisor at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop effective and engaging learning reports for top-notch call center sellers and leaders in the industry.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Program management:
  • + Outline, document, and preserve the scope of all local L&D tasks.+ Create, manage, and preserve task plans.+ Develop a trusting partnership with the outsourced call center partners in the place and be a precious point of touch for all trainers in these outsourced facilities, chargeable for successful education rollouts and launches.
  • Learning content development / educational design:
  • + Using a diffusion of inputs, carry out gap analysis for overall performance and education opportunities, or improvements to pick out nearby and international curriculum desires for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills.+ Prioritize the importance of diagnosed gaps, document and present strategies, findings, and hints to address performance gaps.+ Study content and/or collaborate with situation consider experts (SMEs) and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop regular and accurate domestically and globally valid training curriculum.+ Expand solutions (e.g., instructor-led, digital, e-learning, combined, etc.) that offer applicable, hard, and efficient learning studies.+ Develop essential route collateral including facilitator and learner substances, presentation media, task aids, and knowledge checks.
  • Facilitation:
  • + Supply learning material in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences and pilot any newly designed curriculum.+ Run train-the-trainer packages for call center trainers.+ Educate and expand call center leaders to co-facilitate the delivery of learning fabric.
  • Dealer management and dating building:
  • + Partner with the education and operational groups of our outsourced call center providers in the area and make a contribution to the overall performance of the CS enterprise.+ Guiding these groups to obtain achievement with the right path, assist, and tasks.+ Being capable of build and power L&D governance for the companies: data evaluation, dealer help team shape, intake framework, evaluation framework, etc.
  • Stakeholder management:
  • + Build and foster sturdy partnerships with regional CS colleagues at arenaflex and be an effective voice of the local L&D crew.+ Being an active partner to the general CS commercial enterprise by participating on gaining knowledge of opportunities, priorities, and effect.+ Collaborating with different commercial enterprise leaders and reworking operational possibilities into L&D possibilities.
  • *Requirements:**
  • 3 years experience designing soft skills and equipment learning answers, including on boarding packages centered throughout a range of levels call center agents, senior call center retailers, rising leaders, and senior chief audiences.
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning services that range from a 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom reports.
  • Experience creating learning's, working with LMSs, and virtual learning strategies and tools is highly desired.
  • Stable facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for various audiences and training skills.
  • Project management experiences, ability to collaborate with a team and stakeholders, communicate successfully, and being attentive to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, outcomes-orientated, information-driven environment.
  • High degree of independence and ability to work and manage your own time efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in educational design or a related degree, master's degree a plus.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment is a plus.
  • Experience with content/knowledge management is a plus.
  • Experience designing education curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders is a plus.
  • Experience with innovative facilitation tools is a plus.
