- *Key Responsibilities:**
As an arenaflex Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to provide top-notch service
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
- The ability to maintain good customer relations and build strong relationships
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
