  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As an arenaflex Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
  • Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills to provide top-notch service
  • An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
  • The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
  • The ability to maintain good customer relations and build strong relationships
  • Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
