If so, we invite you to join our team as a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, working from the comfort of your own home in Spain. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team, working from home in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Advisor team, you will be responsible for effectively managing customers' problems, complaints, and enquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will also be required to maintain knowledge of services and products, work according to established processes, and escalate potential service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage customers' problems, complaints, and enquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction


• Ensure that the information from the customer contact is recorded in the systems you work with, so that problems can be followed up and resolved


• Maintain knowledge of services and products


• Work according to the processes established for the project and escalate potential service issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A native level of Dutch and fluency in English


• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on customer satisfaction


• An outgoing, enthusiastic, and engaging personality


• Good computer skills, with the ability to learn quickly and handle large volumes of work under pressure


• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 14:00-18:00


• A willingness to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be advantageous in this role:

• Previous experience in a similar job


• The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt easily to change


• A strong team spirit and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues
