We're seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications and documents, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.   • *Responsibilities**

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing applications and documents for accuracy and eligibility
  • Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
  • Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
  • Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resource (HR), receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
  • Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
  • Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
  • Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Familiarity with gig economy platforms and onboarding processes
