As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Reviewing Applications**: Carefully review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility.
- **Conducting Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections**: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants, with training provided.
- **Communicating with Delivery Professionals**: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications.
- **Ordering Background Checks**: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- **Associate's Degree or Above**: A degree in a related field, such as business, human resources, or communications, is preferred but not required.
- **1-2 Years of Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Strong Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately review and process documents.
- **Self-Motivation**: The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with delivery professionals and other stakeholders.
