Job Responsibilities
- As a Digital Marketing and Administrative Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers and increase brand awareness
- Planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to drive website traffic and boost conversions
- Being actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and other techniques to improve our search engine rankings
- Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, and organizing their distribution through various channels to engage with our audience
- Providing creative ideas for content marketing and updating our website to ensure it remains fresh and relevant
- Collaborating with our designers to improve user experience and ensure our website is visually appealing and easy to navigate
- Measuring the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Acquiring insight into online marketing trends and keeping our strategies up-to-date to stay ahead of the competition
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure we are getting the best possible results from our marketing efforts
Administrative Support Responsibilities
- In addition to your digital marketing responsibilities, you will also provide administrative support to our team. This will include:
- Providing data entry support to ensure our systems are up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and responding to emails
- Helping to maintain our filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure we are compliant with relevant regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns, as well as SEO/SEM principles
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas, and web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends
- Skills and experience in creative content writing, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to measure and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our designers and other stakeholders
- A BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field, with a strong academic record and a passion for digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
