  • *The Role**

As a Digital Chat/Text Agent, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve:

  • Responding to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about the company, our products, website, handouts, and other health information
  • Sending possible leads to the New Sales Team
  • Assisting in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer
  • Sending tickets to the correct departments
  • Supporting the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed
  • Supporting customers in placing their first order
  • Successfully training and drilling with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one's highest potential
  • Attending all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly
  • *What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • The ability to type 50+ words per minute
  • The ability to multitask by holding multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 5-6 at once)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • A self-employed mentality and a strong sense of ethics
  • A detail-oriented eye with excellent time management skills
  • Professional communication, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work in a team environment and create trust with other agents and customers
  • Trustworthiness and reliability
