- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to users via phone, email, and chat
- Offer exceptional customer service and interaction with users during device setup and troubleshooting
- Image devices, including desktops, laptops, and other PC devices
- Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's internal computer system and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
- Install new PC's and laptops to replace end-of-life cycle equipment
- Maintain inventory and properly dispose of outdated equipment by recycling those items per arenaflex policies
- Close work orders in the arenaflex ticketing system
- Collaborate with the Field Tech Manager to ensure policy, procedure, and methodology are being followed
- *Nice to Have:**
- Any AV integration experience is highly sought after
- Ability to work independently but in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance workday responsibilities
- *Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PC hardware and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours (may not be required daily)

- Duration: 6-30-26 with extensions possible
- *Work Environment and Culture:**
- 100% On-site position with no remote work
- Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense
- Flexible schedule with options to work 4 ten-hour days, 5 eight-hour days, or 9-day 9-hour two-week schedule with one Friday off per two-week time period
- Paid mileage at .51 cents per mile for travel to arenaflex facilities
- Option to drive a state vehicle (if candidate has a good driving record)
