As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact with potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes to drive efficiency and excellence
• Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
• Analyzing professional profiles on job portals to identify top talent for our searches
